IMPHAL, July 21: The DFA Thoubal district 1st division football tournament kicked off at Chaoyaima Higher Secondary School ground today with RAIDO and ASSA playing out a goalless draw in the inaugural match. Charangpat pradhan Ph Heramani and vice-president of DFA, Thoubal Ch Ibeyaima were the chief guest and the president at the inaugural ceremony.
