IMPHAL, Nov 14: Speaker of the Manipur Legislative Assembly-I Hemochandra, today inaugurated a club building at Singjamei Leishangthem Leikai.
The inaugural function was organized by the Youth Amateur Welfare Association (YAWA) Leishangthem, and attended by YAWA president-L Ajit Singh as functional president.
