IMPHAL, Jan 2: The 5th general assembly of the International Peace and Social Advancement, IPSA was held today at the premise of GM Hall, Imphal. At the end of the general assembly, a 19 member Central Council of the organisation was formed for the next three year with Johnson Elangbam as president and Wahengbam Homeshor as secretary general, said a release.
