IMPHAL January 19: The Imphal centre of song and drama division, ministry of information and broadcasting, has begun performing awareness programmes on systematic voters’ education and electoral participation in nine districts of Manipur with the help of eight registered cultural troupes and in co-ordination with the respective deputy commissioners. The publicity programme which began on January 16 will be conducted at 80 places till its conclusion on January 24.
