The communist Party of India has withdrawn from SPF govt. An emergency meeting of CPI state Council was held at Irawat Bhavan today and decided to withdraw from SPF.
P. Parijat minister, N. Mangi, Chairman MANIDCO, Dr. M. Nara, secy of CPI Manipur State Council and leaders of the party attended the meeting.
While talking to media, Dr. M. Nara said, the decision for withdrawal was taken as Congress (I) looked down upon the party and while performing any work, instead of discussing with the party, Congress(I) took decision on its own.
Ph. Parijat and Chairman of MANIDCO, Shri N. Mangi will submit their resignation papers to the Governor of Manipur, he further said.
