IMPHAL, April 23: NCC Manipur organized an awareness programme through a musical concert-Manipur Meets West at the NCC ground DM College campus on Sunday night. The programme was attended by the Thangmeiband MLA Kh Joykishan, CO 28 AR colonel Sanjeev Kumar and CO NCC Manipur JJ Verghese as the chief guest, guest of honour and president respectively.
The programme featured presentations from stars of Manipur, Roop Raga and Qawali and western music groups.
The other highlight of the programme was the felicitation of RK Vishwant on his receiving the true Heroes award in the Health and Disability Section at Mumbai recently.
