IMPHAL, April 24: SEYO’s bad form continue in the 1st edition U-18 State level Hockey tournament at Hockey Stadium, Khuman Lampak with a 12-2 defeat at the hands of PHAM in today’s 1st ground match.

SEYO gave up a two goals lead and ended up losing the match 12-2.

The start of the match look all rosy for SEYO with A Yaiphaba scoring just 5 minutes from play and Ksh Rojesh adding another in the 11 minute, however after Krishand opened PHAM’s account in the 18th minute, there was no stopping of the PHAM boys.

The PHAM boys scored goals at regular intervals until the final whistle blew helping themselves to an emphatic 12-2 win.

Amarjit Goswami score four goals for PHAM, Th Deepu and Ksh Wangamba score three each while Krishand and Th Deepu scored two each for PHAM. Th Anil added one for PHAM.

Meanwhile, in the second ground match of the day, LIZARD handed CRAU a 6-1 defeat.

Th Athouba scored three, while K Boy, Ph Churchil and G Dingku scored one goal each for the winning team.

Jemson provided a consolation for CRAU in the 68th minute.
