MNS: There has been no delay in disposing off the alleged human rights violation cases. Further, all the cases where investigations have been completed, were found to be false . This information was given by Minister of Defence AK Antony in a written reply to Botcha Jhanshi Lakshmi and Kaushalendra Kumar in Lok Sabha today. He gave details of cases filed during the last three years. In 2009 out of 79 cases 33 were from NE and all cases were found to be false. In 2010 out of 52, 29 were from NE and five cases are in the purview of the court and in 2011 out of 33 cases 25 were from NE and three cases are in the purview of the court.
