Reacting to Union Finance Minister P.Chidambaram’s statement on Armed Forces Special Power Act 1958 today said the statement merits discussion . Army Chief during Army day said army follows ethics of warfare and respects human rights. Army is against repeal of AFSPA and it reminded of 2008 Congo incident and IPKF activities.
