Irom Sharmila, Manipur’s “iron lady”, appeared in New Delhi’s Patiala Court on Monday in an attempt to suicide case. Sharmila has been on a fast-unto-death stir against the controversial Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act (AFSPA).
