IMPHAL, July 13: The Human Resource Development Centre, Mayang Imphal has organised an awareness program on the theme Biodiversity Conservation under National Environment Awareness Campaign 2012-13 sponsored by the Ministry of Environment and Forest, Govt of India through Director of Environment, Govt of Manipur at S Chaoba Memorial English School, Singjamei Kongba Road on July 13 as a part of its two days awareness program, said a release of the centre.
The release further said that G Tomba Sharma, retired principal DM College of Science, Sh Ibohanbi Singh, principal S Chaoba Memorial School and K Pramodo Singh, principal Bal Vidya Mandir Hr Sec School attended the program as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively while S Devananda Singh, Asst head master of St Anthony High School, Th Bhogen Singh Junior Scientific Officer and Kh Shamungou Singh, environmentalist delivered lectures as resource persons.
