IMPAHL, November 16: The Zeliangrong Students` Union, Manipur (ZSUM) and All Inpui Students` Union (AISU) physically and financially support the ongoing agitation of ATSUM that began from the mid-night of November 11, 2013 under the aegis of ROTA by banning Railway Construction work underway between Jiribam to Tupul, conveyed press release from Zeliangrong Students’ Union Manipur.
Ever since the initial day of agitation till date, the total construction work of Railway line was completely stopped and the two organizations will continue to support and monitor the agitation until and unless the demands are fulfilled by the state government, adding that this students’ body strongly endorsed the genuine demand of the All Tribal Students` Union Manipur
