IMPHAL, December 17: A fire broke out at a house near Singjamei police station, Kakwa today at around 5.30 pm. The house belongs to Naorem Prem, 50. The items burnt include two almirahs, two beds, fridge and other household items.
The fire is suspected to have started from an electrical short circuit.
