IMPHAL, Oct 11: Locally manufactured CC Tea made out of Cymbopogon Citratus or lemon grass is now available in European markets to enthral tea lovers there. Its tag line `Naturally Caffeine Free`™ is already catching attention.

Lemon grass grown in a small state like Manipur is manufactured as CC Tea, an organic tea product with the initiative of MD, The SuiGeneris Inc Ragesh Keisam.

Today during the launch of its e-commerce website www.cctea.in at its corporate office located at the SuiGeneris House, Kwakeithel Lamdong Leikai in the presence of Head of Lithuanian Business Mission to India Mr Gediminas Citukas, Ragesh Keisam said that it was Mr Gediminas that let his product reach European countries.

Head of Lithuanian Business Mission to India Mr. Gediminas Citukas from Lithuania, Europe is here in the state with the aim to promote Indian business and to tie business with European countries. Lithuania is a small country in Europe and people of this small country love yoga, food and culture of India Gediminas mentioned and added that CC Tea was tasted in his country and liked it since then. With the web portal www.e-india.eu, Indian goods are bought in bulk and are made available in the Europe. He said that goods are purchased directly from the manufacturer to avoid middle men and could sell at cheaper price. He expressed that Europeans are more into buying ethical products which promotes and uplifts socio economy.

MD, The SuiGeneris Inc Ragesh Keisam lauding the presence of Head of Lithuanian Business Mission to India Mr Gediminas Citukas in the state he mentioned that it is high time for us to promote our products in the international market. The handloom and handicraft products of Manipur has a story of its own in the product itself which are highly appreciated in the advanced countries, he asserted that with CC Tea in the international arena with the help of Mr Gediminas will be a gate way for other state products for which he said he is happy to help them in promoting their products.

With the launch of e-commerce website Ragesh Keisam said that selling his product beyond the state boundary was a challenge especially in shipping, he said now the company has a warehouse in nation capital Delhi and tied up with top seven couriers and now the company is able ship his product in 15,000 zip codes of India. He said that he is optimist of doing lucrative business in near future in the international market.
