IMPHAL, February 26: NCP MLA L Ibomcha today suggested in the House that the State government should install a lie dictator poly graph machine in the Manipur Police for use during investigations in cases which are serious in nature. He made the suggestion during the discussion and voting on demand for grant for Police Department.
