Imphal, May 12 : The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has selected Thumli Joyshing Monsang from Liwa Khullen Village, Chandel District, Manipur to officiate the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) U-14 Regional Festival of Football 2016 to be held from May 20 to 30 at South & Central Region, Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
