IMPHAL, Jun 8: The United Tribal Liberation Army (UTLA-SK Thadou) has denied having any relations whatsoever with one Hemkhojang Haokip (50) of Thawai village under Litan PS, who was reportedly arrested by Imphal West district police commando few days back. In a statement, information and publicity secretary of UTLA/UTLF (SK Thadou) said that the man is neither a member nor a cadre of the outfit.
