Imphal, June 18 : The president and members of the Manipur Olympic Association (MOA) have extended best wishes to State lifter S Mirabai Chanu for the forthcoming Rio Olympic Games 2016 to be held from August 5 to 21 at Brazil, informed a statement issued by MOA.
