IMPHAL, Jun 19: The 28th annual meeting of Writers’ Forum, Imphal (WFI) held today at Manipur Press Club, Imphal elected its new office bearers for the term 2016-19 which comprises of 15 executive members with Lamabam Biramani and Ranbir Sarungba as president and secretary respectively.
