Imphal, June 21 : Yumkhaibam Yaisana Devi and S Premjit respectively clinched the Under-15 and open category title of the 26th Kh Anou Singh Memorial State Level Chess Tournament, organised by the Kwakeithel Chess Club, today at Imphal College Multipurpose Hall.
