IMPHAL, Jul 2: A team of Imphal West district police commando arrested an active member of NSCN-K while conducting massive cordon and search operation in North AOC area yesterday around 9 am. According to a statement issued by the Police Dept’s PRO, the arrested NSCN-K man has been identified as Esmail Poumei (31) s/o Dahrii Poumei of Lakhmai village, Senapati district.
