IMPHAL, Jul 4: JAC constituted against the killing of Md Naosad Khan at Lilong Nganlou Loukol has said that they will act accordingly if the Government fails to arrest the culrpits within four days.
Speaking to reporters, JAC co-convenor Aribam Aziz said that a memorandum has been submitted to Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam regarding the matter.
