IMPHAL, Jul 11: A combined team of Thoubal district police commandos and 22 Assam Rifle arrested four members of GPRN (Chaplee) including a woman activist from Heikakokpi village and Wangjing area yesterday night along with eight demand notes and four mobile phones.
