In a statement, the State secretary of AIFB-MSC said that the National Food Security Act, 2013 was passed on 10th September, 2013 and came into force in Manipur on April 25, 2016, but half of the beneficiaries of the State has not received ration cards till date and most of the beneficiaries has not received foodgrains for the month of April even after the months of May and June have lapsed.
