IMPHAL, Jul 16: Television and Cine Foundation Manipur will be organising its 10th foundation day on July 21 at Banquet Hall, Manipur Rifles. Film directors, film critics, actors and crew members who had brought laurels for the State between 2013-2015 by winning awards would be felicitated at the function, said a press release.
