IMPHAL, Jul 16 : A two-day National seminar on “India’s Act East Policy : Problems and Prospects in North East India” was inaugurated today at the conference hall of Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (IGNTU), Regional Campus, Manipur. The seminar is being organised by the Department of Political Science and Human Rights, IGNTU and sponsored by Indian Council of Social Sciences Research (ICSSR), New Delhi.
