Recently National Human Rights Commission has issued a notice to Kerala Government to look into a highly inhumanitarian matter. The women garment shop assistants in Kerala are forced to skip toilet during their longer than 10-hour shifts. Moreover they are forced to keep standing throughout the shift which can result in cardiac arrest or serious permanent health damages.
