IMPHAL Aug 10 : The Mapithel Dam Multipurpose Project Displaced Village Committee (MDMPDVC) and Mapithel Dam Affected Ching-Tam Organisation (MDACTO) have strongly condemned the bomb blast at Maphou bazar today causing severe injuries to a minor girl, Boinu Chongloi (6yrs) daughter of Satgou Chongloi of Maphao village.
