Thoubal, Aug 12: Three minor girls who were rescued from the traffickers yesterday by a team of Thoubal police have been handed over to the Chairperson of Child Welfare Committee(CWC), Churachandpur, informed a statement issued by Kh Jitendra Singh, Chairman, CWC, Thoubal.
