IMPHAL Aug 29: Public Works Department in a statement has requested all concerned to remove the stacked construction materials, debris etc along the road from Dingku road to Minuthong bridge within three days from today failing which the Department will report to the Home Department for removing the materials and any eventuality from damages caused will not be borne by the Department.
