IMPHAL Aug 30 : A combined team of Bishnupur District Police Commando along with women police and 7 Assam Rifles while frisking near Kangvai community hall along Tiddim road arrested a woman cadre of PREPAK(PRO) identified as Khamnam (o) Mutum (N) Kalpana Devi (40) w/o Kh Malaya @ Biren Singh of Kongba Kshetri Leikai, Imphal East.
