IMPHAL, Sep 3: For the Manipur State Assembly election which is likely to be held early next year, the Election Commission of India (ECI) has nominated 22 IAS officers as electoral roll observers while Dr SK Chaurasia has been appointed as the State’s Joint Chief Electoral Officer (CEO).
