Imphal, Sep 7 : President of Manipur Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee L Tilotama has reconstituted the Heirok Block Mahila Congress Committee with 30 office bearers and Executive Committee Members with immediate effect. M Sana Devi of Langmeithet is the new president of Heirok Block which has five vice president and five secretary.
