IMPHAL, Sep 11: Traffic management is almost non-existent at Nagamapal-RIMS Road junction Wahengbam Leikai-Sagolband junction and Paona Keithel Road.
With a large number of passenger vehicles like diesel autos and Magic vans criss-crossing at Nagamapal-RIMS road junction as well as at Wahengbam Leikai-Sagolband junction, there is literally no traffic regulation at these places.
