IMPHAL, Sep 14: Khuga Bn has launched a campaign to reach out to the ex-servicemen (ESM) & Veer Naris of Churachandpur district with an aim to resolve their grievances including issues pertaining to pension anomalies, said PIB (Defence Wing) in a statement.
