IMPHAL, Nov 5: A minor girl was allegedly raped and murdered by one Md Feroz Khan (25) s/o late Md Ziyaodin of Lilong Nungei Khunou at around 5 am today at a hostel located near Sunrise Public School, Lilong Nungei.
