An order issued by the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) Secretary on August 20 this year which cancelled the candidature of candidates of the TET 2016 held on June 19 this year who possessed BEd certificates issued by University of Rajasthan has been annulled by another order issued by the same Secretary on November 1.
