IMPHAL, Dec 3 : The Red Shield Division in an endeavour to reach out to veterans of Manipur with the theme, “Towards a happy and contented second innings”, is preparing for the biggest ex-servicemen rally in the State. The event shall serve as an ideal platform to gather first hand information about the problems faced by the veterans and provide assistance to resolve the same.
