IMPHAL, Dec 7: A 70 year old man who fainted while standing in a queue for exchanging old Rs 500 and 1000 notes at Imphal head post office at around 1 pm of December 5 passed away today early morning today at Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS).
