IMPHAL, Dec 9 : The 12 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector AR under the aegis of Hqs IGAR (South) conducted a lecture on women empowerment at Khudengthabi village, Chandel district on December 4, a statement informed.
The lecture was attended by women and children of Khudengthabi village.
