IMPHAL, Dec 28 : Newly appointed Chairperson of Wangoi Municipal Council Khaidem Mema was feted during a programme held at Wangoi Bazar community hall today. After former Chairperson of Wangoi Municipal Council L Iboton was defeated in no confidence motion tabled against him on October 21, Khaidem Mema was appointed as the new Chairperson yesterday.
