Ukhrul, Feb 7 : The Tangkhul Naga Long, under the aegis of the United Naga Council, today imposed a lightning 12 hour total shut down in Ukhrul town to prohibit presiding officers from attending the day long election training programme scheduled to be held at Town Hall, Phungreitang, Ukhrul.
