IMPHAL, Mar 6 : High Court of Manipur today ordered a stay on the Sessions Judge Imphal West order passed on February 14 last allowing Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) New Delhi Branch to further investigate the July 23 Khwairamband Keithel firing incident.
