Imphal, Mar 6 (DIPR) : National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has been taking up various initiatives for the development of the State with a good network not only in the valley but also in the hills, said Chief Secretary O Nabakishore Singh at the inaugural function of the State Credit Seminar 2017-2018 for Manipur organised by the NABARD Regional Office, Imphal held at Raj Bhavan today.
