The State Home Department has issued an order allowing visitors to carry their mobile phones inside the office premises of the department including Secretariat and Directorate offices to enable the public to send any matter relating to corruption such as video or audio to the Anti Corruption Cell, conveyed a press release issued by Additional Chief Secretary (Home), Government of Manipur today.
