IMPHAL, Apr 2 : Manipur Legislative Assembly Speaker Yumnam Khemchand today made a spot inspection of the flood prone and flooded areas of Singjamei Assembly Constituency such as Thokchom Leikai, Waikhom Leikai and Thongam Leikai.
The Speaker instructed IFCD Engineers to start dredging and de-clogging the canals that run to the east of Chingamakha and Western side of Thongam Leikai.
