IMPHAL, Apr 20 : A joint team of Thoubal district police and 2 Assam Rifles arrested two active members of KCP (Tamnganba) along with the seizure of a 9 mm pistol with four live rounds during frisking and checking conducted at Wangjing near Canteen Lampak under Thoubal police station today.
