Imphal, Apr 23: Governor Dr Najma Heptulla and Chief Minister N Biren led the people of the State in paying homage to the martyrs, who laid down their lives in the Battle of Khongjom (1891) on Khongjom Day today.
The Government of Manipur organised the State-level function at Khongjom War Memorial Complex, Khebaching in Thoubal district.
