Thoubal: The staff of district hospital, Thoubal have condoled the death of their ward attendant Athokpam Ingocha Singh in a condolence meeting chaired by Medical Superintendent of the district hospital, Thoubal Dr N Hemantakumar Singh yesterday at the hospital’s conference hall where the staff observed a two minute silence.
