2-1 to lift the championship tropht of the First Kapaam Develop-
ment Club Invitation Football Tournament 2017 at Kapaam Football Ground today .
The match was almost decided in the first half with AR CFF scoring both the goals before the break. Patrick (16′) and Bungthot (32′) were the stars of the match. Kapaam FC tried hard and managed to net a goal, thanks to Darsing in the additional time, but it was already too late.
The champion of the tournament walked home richer with the winners’ prize of Rs 50000 while the runners-up received Rs 25000 after a post-match prize distribution ceremony attended by several dignitaries.

IMPHAL, July 15 (TNT) :A youth was found in a pool of blood while another was found hanging from a fan inside their flat at Chittagong’s Akbar Shah locality in Bangladesh on Friday late evening. Both of them are from India’s Manipur State, according to news reports from Bangladesh.

Kakching: MLA of Hiyanglam AC Dr Radheshyam Yumnam in collaboration with district administration, Kakching extended relief aid to the people of the constituency severely affected by the flood.
The MLA accompanied by Sekmaijin Gram Panchayat Pradhan Yumlembam Premkumar, SDO, Waikhong Boby Laishram and other officials concerned visited the flood affected areas of the AC and distributed rice, dal and salt to the flood victims.
MLA Radheshyam, while speaking to the media, stated that many areas of the AC still faces flood due to the overflowing of Khoidum and Pumlem Pat and added that the flood situation in the area will remain unchanged for a while.
The MLA handed 230 bags of rice while the district administration, Kakching distributed dal and salt.
Several relief materials will continue to reach the victims like before, he stated and added that many medical camps and veterinary camps will also be conducted at the earliest to ease the hardship of the people and animals.
